Job Description:
San Miguel Brewery Inc. is looking for a part-time Customer Support Manager to work from home. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and adaptable to ever-changing customer needs.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide feedback on product and service enhancements. 5. Train and mentor customer support representatives to continuously improve their skills and performance. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes.
Requirements: 1. At least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. 7. Passionate and adaptable personality traits.
