Job Description:
Investagrams is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer support operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage the customer support team, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support services. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions. 4. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continually enhance service delivery. 7. Lead and execute strategic planning initiatives to drive innovation and improve customer support processes. 8. Foster a positive and professional work environment for the customer support team, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction. 9. Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address their concerns and provide solutions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Proven experience in managing a customer support team and delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Strong organizational and leadership skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 7. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 8. Strategic planning and innovation soft skills. 9. Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
