Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


AllCare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team and work from home in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and requires a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support management.


Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a team of customer support representatives to achieve company goals and objectives - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance the customer experience - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer support team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in products and services - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing team members - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in customer support management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Strong negotiation and analysis soft skills
