Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Monde Nissin, a leading food and beverage company, is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Support Officer to join our team in Manila, NCR. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, orders, and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer support experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in customer support roles, preferably in the food or beverage industry - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment


Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer issues


Soft Skills: - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and feedback - Effective problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and complaints
