Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


ZipMatch, a leading real estate technology company based in Pasig, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are independent, motivated, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account issues, payment inquiries, and general platform navigation. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed decisions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. 5. Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve customer support processes and procedures. 7. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.


Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse customer base. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to think creatively and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. 4. Prior experience in customer service or related field is a plus but not required. 5. Must be willing to work part-time hours and be flexible with scheduling. 6. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. 7. Must be motivated to succeed and exceed customer expectations.
