Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description: Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, energetic, and possess strong communication and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving issues - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be adaptable and energetic - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) - Comfortable using technology and software applications
