Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team at Philippine Airlines in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring their overall satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving issues - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong cooperation and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace
