Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Petron Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner - Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues - Providing product information and assistance with placing orders - Maintaining customer records and updating contact information - Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Excellent communication skills - Strong persuasion and cooperation skills - Ability to work well under pressure - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in customer service - High school diploma or equivalent
