Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Insider is seeking a Customer Support Officer to work from home in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Assist in tracking customer feedback and trends to improve products and services - Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful individual with strong decision-making skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities in a customer-facing role - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent
