Job Description:

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Support Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Makati, NCR, Philippines.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Maintaining a high level of emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers 4. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times 7. Working towards individual and team performance targets 8. Contributing to a positive and cooperative working environment

Requirements: 1. Strong passion for customer service and helping others 2. Confidence in handling various customer situations 3. Excellent emotional intelligence to empathize with customers' needs 4. Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 8. Access to a reliable internet connection and computer equipment 9. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
