Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


PearlPay is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Officer to join our team. This position is part-time and allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an entry-level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. 4. Proficiency in using customer support tools and software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
