Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

mClinica is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. If you are an independent and dedicated individual with leadership and persuasion skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Documenting customer interactions and feedback for further analysis. 4. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes. 5. Demonstrating product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs. 6. Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to customers.

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Dedication to providing exceptional customer support. 4. Leadership skills to guide customers through solutions. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively sell additional products and services.
