Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team at Lazada Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level employee based in Davao City, Davao, PH, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. 2. Resolve customer complaints and problems in a courteous manner. 3. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat. 4. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs. 7. Utilize data to identify trends and suggest improvements for customer support processes. 8. Assist in training new team members as needed. 9. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using customer support software and tools. 6. Must have a dedicated home office space with a reliable internet connection. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
