Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Customer Support Representative to join our team at Wilcon Depot in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggesting improvements. 7. Assisting in training new customer support representatives.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong planning and problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress calmly. 4. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 5. Proven experience in customer service roles. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
