Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


SariSuki is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Process customer orders and returns accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for helping others - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to problem-solve and think critically - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
