Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Zennya, a leading provider of on-demand wellness services, is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Representative to join our team in Davao City, PH.


As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for processing orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing customer orders and payments - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues - Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation skills - Creativity in problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent


Personality traits: - Dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Driven to exceed customer expectations


Soft skills: - Strong negotiation skills - Creative problem-solving abilities
