Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Kumu is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As part of our fast-growing company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer account issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Resilient and reliable attitude - Team player with the ability to adapt to changing environments - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
