Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Shopee Philippines is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, we require no prior experience, but we are looking for individuals who are resourceful, reliable, have strong analytical skills, and good planning abilities.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to Shopee users via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns regarding their orders, payments, and account settings. 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 4. Manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints. 5. Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to the management team to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software is a plus.
