Job Description:
mClinica is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, creative, and have excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and technical support. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 5. Collaborate with the team to find solutions to customer issues. 6. Document all interactions with customers accurately. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Meet and exceed customer support metrics.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. 7. Must have access to a reliable internet connection. 8. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
