Job Description:
Smart Communications is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to work from home in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. The successful candidate will be confident, resourceful, and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate issues as needed. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
