Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Qwikwire, a leading fintech company based in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no extensive experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year in a customer service role is preferred.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to users through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs for customer self-service. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 7. Assist in monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to improve services and products.


Requirements: 1. Dedicated and independent with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work well in a remote team environment. 4. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems. 5. High level of innovation and emotional intelligence. 6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. 7. Fluency in English (written and verbal).
