Customer Support Specialist

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with little to no experience who are looking to kickstart their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. 6. Act as a brand ambassador for Uproot Urban Farms by promoting our products and services to customers.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude towards customer service. 2. Strong decision-making and adaptability skills to handle different customer scenarios. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. 6. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
