Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Avion School is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level specialist, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for a resourceful and confident individual who possesses strong leadership and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and technical support. 3. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. 4. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Resourceful and confident attitude. 3. Strong leadership and presentation skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
