Job Description:
AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating services with our caregivers. 3. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Provide support to our caregivers in the field and relay important information between clients and caregivers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and efficiency.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Creative problem-solving abilities to address complex customer needs. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
Personality Traits: 1. Dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. 2. Passionate about helping others and making a difference in their lives.
