Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Universal Robina Corporation in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As an entry-level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and communicate customer trends to the management team


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and reliable team player - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
