Customer Support Specialist

Altitude Games, a leading mobile game development company based in Taguig, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with our mobile games - Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve technical problems - Gather feedback from customers to improve our products and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Driven and confident personality traits - Excellent project management skills - Strong critical thinking abilities - Minimum of 4 years of customer support experience - Excellent communication skills in English - Tech-savvy with a passion for mobile gaming
