Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

FlySpaces is seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with product and service inquiries, as well as billing and account management

Requirements: - Passionate and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Proficient in researching and problem-solving - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Ability to work remotely and independently - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
