Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Taxumo is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team and work from home. As a Customer Support Specialist at Taxumo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer support - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and service quality

Requirements: - Previous experience in customer support or a related field (minimum 4 years) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Ability to research and adapt quickly to changing situations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent qualification
