Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

As a Customer Support Specialist at Insider, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position at associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Field inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer support
