Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

At First Circle, we are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our customers in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH.

As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Communicating with other departments to ensure seamless customer support - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who are hardworking, independent, and possess excellent presentation and cooperation skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service role.

In addition to the above requirements, the successful candidate should also be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
