Job Description:


Sprout Solutions is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. This position will be a work-from-home opportunity based in Quezon City, NCR, PH.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Educate customers on our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - A cooperative attitude and the ability to persuade customers effectively - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service - Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required


Personality Traits: - Motivated: Self-driven and eager to provide exceptional customer service - Independent: Able to work effectively without direct supervision


Soft Skills: - Cooperation: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members and customers - Persuasion: Ability to influence customers and resolve issues effectively
