Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Grab Philippines is seeking a passionate and motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Parañaque, NCR. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers, ensuring a memorable customer experience - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in customer service processes - Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated individual with a high level of confidence in engaging with customers - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to customer inquiries - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Retirement plan and paid overtime benefits offered - Equal opportunity employer
