Job Description:
SariSuki is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and communication while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through our live chat platform. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns. 4. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 5. Help identify trends and issues that arise during customer interactions and provide feedback to the team. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Driven and resourceful with a desire to learn and grow. 5. Experience in customer service is a plus but not required. 6. Strong people management and teamwork skills. 7. Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with others. 8. Must be able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
