Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: Silverworks, a leading jewelry brand based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess confidence and exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with product information, ordering process, and after-sales service - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and tools - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
