Job Description - Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:


Lazada Philippines is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat communication. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively through live chat. 2. Provide product information, order status updates, and general assistance to customers. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times.


Requirements: 1. Strong written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 2. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Driven and adaptable personality traits with a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Demonstrated leadership and innovation in problem-solving situations. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools.
