Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: AQWIRE is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. This position will be based in Makati, NCR, PH, but will allow for remote work opportunities.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through live chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Engage with customers to provide information about products, services, and promotions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Use critical thinking and creativity to problem solve and provide innovative solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and remotely - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer issues - Critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs - Creativity in developing new ways to engage with customers
