Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and driven Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Lazada Philippines. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to answer any inquiries or resolve issues they may have - Provide product information, order status updates, and assistance with navigating our website - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Utilize strategic planning to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions in a timely manner - Demonstrate adaptability to handle a variety of customer requests and situations - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Motivated and driven to provide exceptional customer service - Strategic planning skills to efficiently address customer needs - Adaptability to handle changing customer demands - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace - Must be located in Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines
