Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team. This position is a remote, work-from-home opportunity based in Davao City, Davao, PH. The ideal candidate will be an entry-level individual with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our services, policies, and procedures - Assist customers with any issues they may have and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary - Use negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent attention to detail - 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
