Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Silverworks is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will be a confident and passionate individual with excellent people management skills and a high level of adaptability. As an Associate Level Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns. 3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confidence and passion for helping customers. 3. Strong people management and adaptability skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Knowledge of live chat software and CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
