Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

FlySpaces is seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a part-time entry-level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. This role is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, cooperative, and analytical.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance - Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience - Monitor and track customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our live chat platform and customer service processes - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service - Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve under pressure - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
