Job Description:

Plentina is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the fast-paced world of fintech.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support through live chat. 2. Assist customers with account-related questions, technical issues, and product information. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. 4. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 6. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. 7. Contribute to team meetings and share insights to improve overall customer experience. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. 2. Resourceful and able to adapt to changing priorities. 3. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software. 5. Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. No prior experience required – we will provide training.
