Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Live Chat Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our live chat platform to provide them with exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via live chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints through effective problem-solving and communication skills. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 4. Monitor and track customer interactions to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement. 5. Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase customer satisfaction and overall sales revenue. 6. Stay up-to-date on product information and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of customer service.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Adaptable personality and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 5. Proven experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams. 6. Strong cooperation skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and live chat software. 8. Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility in shifts as needed.
