Remote Live Chat Associate

First Circle is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for someone who is energetic, resilient, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide assistance and support to customers with any product or service-related questions 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Strong problem-solving skills 5. High level of empathy and patience 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
