Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

DMCI is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Davao City. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer service through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner via live chat - Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Innovative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team - Proficient in using live chat software and basic computer skills
