Job Description:

Revolution Precrafted, a leading global supplier of high-quality, designer homes and structures, is seeking a talented Live Chat Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines on a part-time basis. This position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, passionate, and eager to deliver exceptional customer service through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. - Utilize persuasive communication skills to influence potential customers and maximize sales opportunities. - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. - Document customer interactions accurately within the system to track progress and trends. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or sales-related role preferred. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong persuasion skills and ability to influence customers effectively. - Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - High school diploma or equivalent.
