Job Description:

Altitude Games, a leading mobile game development company based in Davao City, PH, is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Remote Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to players of our mobile games through live chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to player inquiries, feedback, and issues in a professional and timely manner through live chat. - Assist players with account-related inquiries, technical issues, and gameplay questions. - Provide troubleshooting and technical support for players experiencing difficulties with our games. - Work closely with our customer support team to escalate and resolve complex player issues. - Maintain accurate records of player interactions and resolutions.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Adaptable and energetic personality traits. - Strong soft skills in innovation and adaptability. - Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools. - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
