Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Workbean is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and hardworking, with a strong sense of emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer questions, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems - Emotional intelligence and adaptability to handle a variety of customer scenarios - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
