Live Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

AllCare is seeking a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or sales - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasion skills to upsell products and services - Time management skills to handle multiple chats simultaneously - Resourceful and motivated attitude - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
