Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote Live Chat Agents, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance - Monitor chat conversations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of responses - Develop and implement strategies to increase chat engagement and drive sales - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute chat initiatives and promotions - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve chat operations

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual with a passion for customer service and sales - Excellent persuasion and people management skills - Experience in managing remote teams is preferred - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in chat management platforms and tools - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
