Job Description: Shopee Philippines is seeking a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional customer support to our online shoppers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the live chat platform to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Train and supervise a team of remote live chat agents to maintain high-quality service standards. 3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the live chat system for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback for product or service enhancements. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer support to suggest innovative solutions.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in customer service or live chat management. 2. Resourceful and passionate individual with strong problem-solving skills. 3. Demonstrated soft skills in innovation and strategic planning. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
